Refunds

• Faulty files. If a file will not open, is incomplete or is not what the product page describes, reply to your receipt email within 7 days of buying and tell us what happened. We send a working file or refund you, whichever you prefer.
• How refunds arrive. Purchases are made on Gumroad, so the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Gumroad. It can take a few days to show.
• Free downloads have nothing to refund; if a file is faulty, tell us and we fix it.
• Digital products. Because the guides are downloaded files that cannot be returned, we do not refund because you changed your mind. Your legal rights under the consumer law that applies to you are not affected.
